Outdoor Poolside Terrace

For a chic, open-air celebration, our poolside terrace provides a relaxed cocktail-style setting with umbrellas, stylish new furnishings, and direct access to the restaurant and bar. Enjoy curated canapé menus, beverage packages, or drinks on consumption, with music and entertainment available (additional cost). Due to hotel residents, music concludes at 10pm, but the celebrations can continue inside Bar Distrkt space until 12am.

Stylish Spaces for Every Occassion

For private celebrations, Bar Distirkt can be exclusively booked, offering a full-service bar, modern ambiance, and tailored catering options. This space is ideal for birthday parties, engagement celebrations, and milestone family moments, providing a lively and sophisticated setting.

For larger social events, Newcastle Room 1 & 2 is a versatile function space that accommodates up to 120 guests cocktail-style or 80 guests for a seated dinner, with direct access to the outdoor terrace for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

Hunter Room 1 & 2 offers a spacious 126-square-metre pillar-less event space, featuring natural light and a flexible layout. It can host up to 110 guests cocktail-style or 100 guests for a seated dinner, with customisable event setups to suit your vision.

Our dedicated events team will work with you to bring your dream event to life, partnering with local Newcastle suppliers for cakes, decorations, and music, ensuring every detail is taken care of. We offer:
